Single estate dark chocolate with directly traded cacao beans from a small farmer and dear friend in San Andrés, Costa Rica
Info: For this version we gently roasted the cacao beans the traditional way by hand over open fire ! Just like they do in the jungle but without burning the beans of course, making it our personal pride. It's a super light roast that brings out an almost milk chocolatey sweetness with flowery honey notes and a caramel finish. Sharp and slightly fruity. Try our dark roasted version for a deeper, darker and more nutty flavour profile.
Tasting notes: Sweet citrus. Honey and flowers. Caramel finish. More fruity and sharp than the drum roasted version.
Ingredients: Cacao beans, organic cane sugar.
